Program Description

When you opt in to the Ariava Medical Aesthetics SMS program, you will receive text messages related to appointment scheduling and reminders, account and service updates, and promotional offers at the mobile number you provide.

How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a Ariava Medical Aesthetics form and submitting your mobile number, or by otherwise providing express written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies (typically up to 4 messages per month).

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Message and data rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Ariava Medical Aesthetics does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt Out & Help

Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. For help, text HELP or contact us at (773) 942-6336.

Privacy & Data Sharing

Mobile opt-in and consent data will never be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
