Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

  • Make functionality available from a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
  • Provide clear and consistent navigation
  • Ensure forms have properly associated labels
  • Use semantic HTML markup

Physical Locations

Our Chicagoland locations are designed to be accessible to clients with mobility needs. If you require an accommodation for your appointment, please tell us when booking and we will make arrangements.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full compliance, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to address these areas:

  • Some text and buttons using our lavender brand color do not yet meet the WCAG AA contrast minimum. If any text is hard to read, please contact us and we will provide the information in another format.
  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible
  • Third-party embedded content (booking widget) may have limited accessibility
